This is the one issue where I do not agree with Kucinich. Free trade is a good solution, however you can stimulate sectors that you feel is vital by subsidarys. They are cheaper (really, read up on it) and they do not harm the overall welfare of the world in the same way that tariffs and quotas do.

When I want to understand what is really happening with our government and our economy, I can always look to Dennis Kucinich to explain the issues to me, with clarity, and real insight. Unlike many members of congress, he reads the laws he votes on, and researches the issues, then takes a stance based on a deep morality that has been lacking in our politicians for way too long.

Anyone who does not want to kill NFTA is not running for the people.
Dennis has truly done his research and knows what he is talking about.
