Caroline O'Connor, as Phyllis Rogers Stone, dances up a storm in "The Story of Lucy and Jessie" with ensemble members Julius C. Carter and Rhett Guter in Chicago Shakespeare Theater's production of James Goldman and Stephen Sondheim's Follies, directed by Gary Griffin and playing a limited engagement in CST's Courtyard Theater now through November 13, 2011.

  • Get over to this show. O'Connor, Moniz and Petkoff deserve special mention. In a Broadway theatre, you'd need binoculars. At the tiny Shakespeare theatre at Navy Pier, the entire audience is basically in what would be the orchestra pit! Moniz pulls off "Losing my mind" with the dignity of Collins and the emotional vulnerability of Peters. Go see it!

  • Saw this production live last week. This was the hottest number of the whole show. O'Connor dances her a-- off. Suspect the Chicago version has a better cast than the NY one from what I saw.

  • I really wish I could see this whole production. It looks fabulous.

  • This clip does not do this number justice. Caroline quite simply blows the roof off!!
