I have changed the title[s] on this video to stop all the "this is fake" and "it's not a real episode" comments, I Have NEVER proclaimed it to be a legit episode nor has anyone else, No one is trying to fool anyone otherwise it's just a video depicting the events that may have happened in the TimeWar, so for the love of all things holy please stop with the tedious bitching.
Get it?
Got It?
Good.

THE TIMEWAR
The final battle between the Timelords and the Daleks
This video is my interpretation of the Timewar of the Doctor Who world, I have scoured the internet to compile a "bible" of facts and happenings within the Show and other media [books, audio, interviews etc.] in regards to the Timewar to use as a guideline or "cannon" if you will to create this production within a canonical context, thankfully there is still so much left unsaid about the Timewar that allowed for a lot of creative freedom, I have worked exclusively on this piece and am quiet happy with its final production, [although with a more high profile effects program ill probably go effects daft later on]Why make it? Simple there are a few Timewar video's on Youtube and regardless of quality I think it's safe to say that there is enough people who want to see this story.
So enjoy folks.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AFTER YOU HAVE SEEN THE WHOLE THING...
"The Journal of Impossible things"
Chapter 1
• Yes I am aware the lip synch is out at times .i.e. when talking but it's either that or nothing so use your imagination, hey imagination is what Doctor Who is all about right?
• Yes I know the editing needs work here and there but im FAR from a professional or anything just a fan who loves the show and wanted to share his interpretation of the Timewar with you all
• Yes the Timewar did feature the 8th Doctor and not the 9th Doctor and can be proved in the following episodes
If you watch the scene at the end of 'Bad Wolf' where the Daleks have captured Rose, the Dalek says "I will speak to the Doctor" ...they don't appear to know which of the people sat at the screen on Satellite 5 is the Doctor until the Doctor speaks up and says "Oh, will you now? That's nice! Hello!"
The same also happens in 'Dalek', where in the 'cage' room, the Dalek says "Doctor? The Doctor?!..." clearly having never seen the Doctor in his 9th incarnation, thus proving that it was the 8th Doctor who fourth in the Time War and Regenerated because of it.
• Where was the Master? the Rani? Ace? The Mykra, the candyman etc, either see my short trips series that I have done or accept there absence from the production, adding all those parts would have disrupted the flow of the episode.
• Yes I know it's not perfect by a long stretch but until they do the Timewar which they said they'll never do, this is the best you're going to get, think you can do better? Then do so please even if its just for bragging rights and supremacy, because I wanna see the Timewar just like as much as anyone.
• I may do more episodes, depending on how much useable Paul McGann footage I can lay my hands on and how much of my own time I can dedicate to making episodes, it is a lengthy process afterall...saying that it would be nice to give Paul McGann a whole series seeing as how both he and we were denied it so.
• If you don't like it or think its stinks then just say so in the comments box[ill remove them of course and keep the good bits Lol] but feel free to do so constructive criticism is the best way to bettering oneself.
Editing and contunity is a bit choppy. WAs this an actual show or just something you pieced together?

It was a fan edited piece that was a labour of love by me and a few very good voice over artist.

I'm really confused, probably because I don't know too much about old school Doctor Who.
I recognised the man with the eyes as the earlier version of the Doctor who wore that big coat. What's he doing in a guard's uniform here? And does killing him now create a paradox? Or is he supposed to survive with artificial eyes?
And why does K9 explode at 7:57 but is unharmed a minute later?

No its the same actor Colin Baker playing two different characters, one being Commander Maxil and the other the 6th Doctor.
He was rather disliked as both characters [although I rather liked the 6th Doctor] and I thought many fans would enjoy him getting offed...cruelly too.
As for K9 he didn't explode it was a transmat beam effect not an explosion, it was also used on Romana a couple of seconds earlier, funnily enough I thought that was one of the better special effects.
