I love Sammy and everything, but he has to be the worst lyricist in the world. A six year old could write more clever lyrics. Not his strong suit compared to DLR who's lyrics are so brilliant. But I still dig his singing voice and Chickenfoot is a great band which I plan to see.

Haha dude at the bottom sayin Joe needs 2 get out. He's havin fun. Thts why he joined the band. In guitar mag he said he liked the fact that his guitar was part of great music and didn't have 2 make all the music. It isn't about money..it's about pleasing fans & having fun

great post man!! where are you from? Eventhough I love my country (Brazil), sometimes I wish I was American just to see these great bands playing live! Because I don't think Chickenfoot will come to South America.

I'm from Philadelphia Pennsylvania. And we are lucky to be able to see such great bands live in the USA. I hope you get to see them someday.

Yes, they are a new band. It's Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, Joe Satch, and Chad Smith ( red hot chili peppers).
