Y&R Michael & Kay consult on the possibility jail for her

US Air date April 2 2007 Michael meets with Kathrine in the AC and she tells him how she had kidnapped Cane and gave him away. Michael is shocked. He tells her going to prison will not help anyone and that he will defend her to the best of his ability. Katherine is pleased.. William meets Katherine and Michael on his way out ; Michael brings up the case against Katherine and tells Bardwell he shouldnt go after Kay..Bardwell disagrees..Later Katherine tells Michael she can use her age to their advantage. and suggests he push her in a wheel chair into the court. Michael smiles it just might work. Michael runs in Amber and Cane in GL and tells them Bardwell plans to prosecute Katherine. Cane says its understandable and he thinks Bardwell should. Micheal tells him if he wants to stop it he can..Amber tells him he should go against the prosecution and Cane says he will think about it.
