For some reason the truck they used for the animation is a Russian Kamaz (you can see what looks like a 3 which is the russian letter z)

@catdozer2662 And he probably had no way to know there was anything wrong... The poor soul... Phosgene is a terrible thing to be exposed to - there's a reason it was used in World War 1 as a chemical weapon.
