Suzuki Shokan have developed the 22" SA22SJ cryopump which uses a large sized reefer, reducing the initial and running costs dramatically. When used in conjunction with their latest compressor unit, the C300H, running costs can be reduced even more due to higher levels of energy conservation. The C300H also features low vibration capabilities, decreasing the resonant vibration of instruments, therefore preventing wafer positioning errors and falls during the manufacture of semiconductors and various components. The cryotrap unit, which condenses the water molecules is four times faster than other types of pumps, significantly reducing the vacuum discharge time.
