wat are your thoughts on winter fly fishing?

@pelletify Here in Calgary we are blessed with a river like the Bow that is open all year round. Fish can be found in "wintering holes" which are typically slow and deep. Fighting the iced up line guides are a pain, and the ice ledges are dangerous, but the fishing can be fantasic on +0 day

@humblefisherman dam.. i want to move to calgary. all the fishin i do in the winter here in idaho is lake ice fish for mackinaw. its fun but i would rather be fly fishing haha.
