  • melbel10333 u asked me about my diet....well its a lifestyle change that i do.....i am a vegan......nothing from an animal do i eat. no meat, no poultry, no dairy.....but its great...lots of beans, tofu, and other things that i eat....

  • Cool. I usuallhy use Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar with the "mother", 2 teaspoons to 8 ounces of water. I fell out of drinking it everyday a few months ago, but need to get back into it. Thanks!

  • I have started my URFit Challenge this morning. I purchased the Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar and changed up my eating habits. I will start to blog weekly with every new change or challenge.
