Not true, Chuck Norris's hands are considered leathal weapons, and he has a concealed carry permit to carry those as well... Technically, Chuck used his dim mak (death touch), which lead to Bruce Lee's un-anticipated and much early death, or so they say...

I was on a Mission in Turkey in 1986 when this film came out. I read the novel from this movie several times. It was based on the films screen play.The book got beat the hell up, during field operations. This brings back memories.
