I am just scholar.I can scientificaly simplify your problem. You have 2 options

1-You dont believe in God. You have 50% chance to go to hell.

2-You believe in God and fight your douts to escape the 50% chance of going to hell.

-If you are right and there is no God ,believers will lose nothing.

If they are right will be the biggest looser

You dont think there is a god until a man tells you what to think and believe. So you place your faith in that man not some god.

The options may apply to you in the near future when you fulfill the basic criteria of god:

1-You should prove that you are divine in nature: not born, not created by other, dont die, dont eat, etc.

2-As an god, you have made several mistakes, the most important of them you made yourself visible to other so that people know you are just man. People need perfect god.
