1/21/2011 Its So Cold Out, in Minnesota that...

With the extreme sub zero temps in Minnesota today and everyone around here talking about "Its So Cold Out..." and tossing boiling water in the air, I thought it would be more interesting to see what would freeze solid first, Beer or Water. Time-lapsed footage of Beer Vs. Water freezing outside in the sub zero temps over a 55 minute time frame.

Just having some fun out in the extreme cold Minnesota weather today.

I saw -60 in Alaska this winter. In my book, anytime it's above zero, it's warm and bearable.

the beer was colder to start with therefore it takes more time to freeze. retry this experiment with same temps to see if you can produce the same results

I am in Baltimore Maryland and I gotta come to Minnesot every 3 months...... And yea I feel like I leave the sauna and step into a freezer.
