Binghamton is ran down, number 1 for sex offerders thats something to brag about. They should be sittting in jail. they seem to get off alot more easy, then other crimes. Judge Smith needs to open his eyes to all this.

EVERONE has committed what could have been technically a sex offense! Judge lest ye be Judge! Think about all the ones who were convicted before 1994, or those who never got reported, or the ones with money who managed to put up a fight, and wore the proscecution down, and was never listed! You can pull up anyone out of any crowd , dig up their past and make a sex offender out of them!
