Hello my dear friend there are many bugs in Asa that runs in gns3. You are right Asdm shows DES 3DES or AES Disable.But i configure SSH through Asdm and its work properly you seen my upload video u know that in SSH DES 3DES used if these are disabled then it will not configure & ur second question is that tunnels are not configure in my opinion it is the fault of java if u will use latest java it will not support some features of SDM or ASDM u change your java and then check it.
