Bed Fast Minister Earnestly fights Injustice from his Bed.

My beloved Mother who is now 95 years old was identified by State of Tennessee employees as my care giver ended up being illegally removed from our home on September 2005 and placed into a Local Nursing Home: (Which seems to be a common practice here in the State of Tennessee). Leaving me a totally Bed Fast man completely abandoned and left to fend for myself with total disregard to any medical or personal care. For more than 3 years now: Local, State and Federal officials have with indifference and malfeasance continuously refuse to assist me in getting my beloved Mother back home although she tearfully pleads to return home. These same unethical State and Federal officials have refused to do a simple investigation into our situation and have been circumventing our Constitutional and Civil Rights to Due Process of Law by not allowing us to have a court hearing and/or Trial by Jury. I need help to bring my Mother back home!
