My interpretation of SOPA and PIPA

I was recently playing MGS2HD for a certain video that I uploaded recently when, near the end of the game, I found a codec chat that, with the proper context, sounds a lot like an arguement for SOPA/PIPA. Sure the bills probably wont pass but thinking like that could let our guard down.

@MrToastOmnomnom ACTA has been approved.. i think for over a year now or even more, but ACTA is international, i heard America has no power over it too, its mostly Europe. But this doesn't mean it's a threat though. But they're not really a big threat as SOPA & PIPA.
