Questions: I know the GED is the responsibility of each state and county. Why is the test being sold to a private company? Why is the test becoming more expensive if it's suppose to be for the people who need it? Any answers?

WTF! The first image you show is a press operator. I currently set up and operate presses and I would not have been able to get this job with out my high school diploma. I have job security when most collage grads cant even get a job. I could quit right now and have a job lined up with in 24 hours at 2 other stampers. I can afford to go back to collage (with out a loan), pay my bills, and my mortgage. I also have health insurance, 401k, and 2 weeks vacation. This is a skilled career!!
