its a cool idea but if they dont have pencils what are the chances they have paper or even someone to teach them how to write. Keep it up though :)

We worked with an organization on this particular project. That organization is out of North Carolina and provides the paper to write on and the education. It is one less expense for them. We did have the same questions as you and were told that sometimes paper is also collected and shipped.
