  • im a bit offended by calling irish people the leprechauns!

    racist.

  • @TheBBBRRRR

I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to be offensive,; anyway, if you listen attentively you'll see that I said that "those wonderful and magic creatures, the leprechauns, are Irish" And I'm sure they are, if you are Irish you should be proud, cause you have a lovely universe of fantasy.

By the way,I was really offended - you have been the very first person to call me racist - I am not.

    Have a nice day.

  • Hi

Thanks for your comments. You are right, the slide transition is not the best. I have already tried to solve, but the video runs well in my computer, but after uploading to Utube the audio turns slower. So far, I havent been able to fix it, but I'll try again, asap.

If the video is useful to you I can email you the original one. Let me know.

    Thank you

    Linda

  • @olindalima I'd be glad if you you email it to me! =) I'll give you my email address in private. Thanks a lot!

  • @eugemaru

Hi, I've just emailed you a link, in the 4shared; Couldn't send it by mail, cause it's too heavy. Let me know if it works ok.

  • @olindalima I didnt mean that you are racist, I meant the song was. It could have described us Irish as something a lot better than 'wonderful & magical leprechauns'. There are no leprechauns in Ireland. The song could have described our talent for poetry, dance, music, literature etc or our rich and varied history.

Every other country was described in better terms. There is more to Ireland than mythical creatures.

Perhaps you were not aware but most Irish people would be offended by this

  • Y did he not mention northern Ireland at the start

  • @olindalima Thank you Linda! It works perfectly well! :)

  • Great video!! Very didactic and comprehensive. One thing, though: I think the transition of pictures should be slower. You are still talking about a country but you have already moved on to the next picture...this can be a little confusing for learners. If you could fix that, it would be grand! Thank you!
