Right every time i try to run this game it fails miserably with some error that the PhysX drivers or whatever havnt been installed and to check that i have, is there any way to make this work?
PhysX 2.6.4 failed to initialize. Make sure you have the PhysX 2.6.4 runtime installed.

Cellfactor doesn't support nvidia physx. And on this video we're seeing map, which can be run w/o physx support.

CPU is monocore 3GHz and RAM is 1 GB that's atleast twice of that the game needs...

I updated every driver including Physx driver for the nVidia card and it still didn't run at mre then 5 FPS

80fps, C2Q6600,4gb Ram,2x8800GT(Sli, not OC). Resolution 1600*1200 all options enabled to high.
