As a visitor u do not know what has been happening within a group, a child may be misbehaving or throwing a tantrum. Therefore the teacher may be using the ignore technique until the child calms down. Just because a child is crying within a room does not mean they are not being cared 4.

With a good daycare u should not even need 2 book an appointment, find a nursery with an open door policy, this means that u can visit ANY time, seeing the nursery exactly how it is.
Plus, as u are observing the classroom the teacher will be trying 2 make a good impression, u would need to get 2 know them over a longer period to find out what they are really like and how they care 4 the children.

Why would anyone leave their most prized treasure with a bunch of strangers. If you don't want to raise them, don't have them.
