honestly, this song came about during the peak of Marilyn Manson fame and was the first time i became fully aware of anything satanic. im not giving you shit, Abitar70. this song rocks. but try to understand the human condition: people hear a hard rock song with aggressively sung lyrics containing "Jesus Christ" in it, and automatically have a gripe... i did, but now i don't. i Love the lord. that's all that matters.

oi vey. Listen Christian folks..all you hear is 'fuck your God, your Lord, your Christ..' and immediately you get all bent out of shape and start throwing stones. Listen to the lyrics, or read them rather-hell they're right in front of you...it's about his mom who was paralyzed from a stroke and she never lost faith in God and it pissed Maynard off because 'God' did this to her. I'd feel the same way if it was my mom.
