  • at 3:34 you mean cilantro not parsley?

  • Why does it matter whats right or wrong with the dish, it is amazing and thats all that matters

  • @yazlinne50 this video isnt for spring rolls. there are two types of main rolls in vietnam. this video is for "summer rolls" . spring rolls are rolls that are fried and it uses a different type of wrap. the ones you get at chinese restuarants are eggrolls. they use different filling and different type of wraps as well. vietnamese rolls taste differnt from chinese rolls. hope that cleared things up for you

  • i appreciate the video, but his rolling skills is all wrong. if you fold the vertical sides inwards first, then roll the horizontal side upwards and away from your body, you get a tighter roll. and also because some people do not like garlic chives, you can insert the garlic chives after rolling it halfway so that it can be removed

  • Nice video. A co worker made these for a pot luck and I was wondering how to do it. It doesn't look too complex. Although I think she used cilantro instead of parsley. I like the looks of the sauce too.

  • very nice

  • @yazlinne50 No, those are Chinese spring rolls, which are just a vegetarian version of egg rolls. These are Vietnamese spring rolls. Yeah, it's confusing :P

  • These look completely different from the Spring Rolls I was looking for. maybe because im mexican and ill i know about spring rolls are the ones they sell at the chinese buffets. Ill try these! good cheff funnny and entertaining!
