I bothers me, all this time later, that Anderson let the critics get to him. He was always a bit defensive, in a certain sense - hiding behind an attitude of "it's all a joke, if you don't get it, the joke's on you!" - and the sudden turn of the critics on the darlings who had made Thick as a Brick seemed to pin his ears back. But A Passion Play was an amazing, exciting piece of music.

God Bless the fans for this stuff. Otherwise we probably would not see it

Jethro Tull's '' A Passion Play' ' live is pretty good quality for the times. Ian is still the best performer of All!

Thank you very much - it's also a great job on video editing

I received a compilation of all of the footage years ago, and it also includes the silent backstage footage, and TAAB tour footage also...if anyone is interested in trading, please e-mail me...thanks for all the great Tull !!
Is it just my imagination, or is it THIS Tull concert that inspires more passionate inquiry than any other Tull concert? Anyone?
(PS love the jam out in Best Friends)

There is so much more "passion" in the live performances compared to the studio release.
