As for glowing... hmmm, must be the great photography skills of my husband! : ) I do endeavor however to keep as chemically unpolluted as possible and to eat as healthy as I'm able. I would recommend the same to everybody, especially the younger folks..they shouldn't wait till they hit middle age to decide that a healthy lifestyle is in order. It should begin today. Blessings!
