permanent septum ring and face tattoos
I used what is called a dream ring
it is 2 pieces held together by a small screw.
what I did is when I put it in my septum
I put thread locker on the screw then screwed
the screw in tight,
next I took a small drill bit held in a pin vice
and spoiled the screw head so you could not use a driver to remove the screw
then to finish it off I filled the hole over the screw head
with epoxy putty smoothed off nice and smooth.
so now you can not even get at the screw head
and even if you could it would not do much good
as screw is thread locked in place and a driver will not work in the screw head

Well, using cutting disks in a dremel© tool should take about 30 minutes, as long as you wrap the ring either side of the area being cut with wet cotton wool to absorb the heat. Each disk will give you about 3 minutes of cutting. I did this to my "permanent" PA ring to put in a larger one.

Strangely.. even your ear shapes, general facial layout & then those proud, very mobile nostrils all seem to confirm your wise, bold choice for a big PERMANENT bull ring….WOW!! Sort of makes my own triple septum piercings really quite tame OUCH
