  • well im 13, 204lbs of solid, drug free power and i can bench 430lbs RAW no straps, perfect form. :D

  • this was stupid, he didnt say any reps or sets. Just the common sense things. Almost as bad as their moonwalk tutorial

  • @Dedokai32 yeah that's fine, it should be adjustable though but it just means your doing incline benches

  • Is it fine to do the same if the back rest is slightly propped up, as long as your back is lay flat?
