i learned handstand and handstand press and even one handed handstand by just trying it over and over again without a wall

I just started doing these as well! Very cool. I have never been able to handstand though, so this is new for me.

@tamenator thanks! hope you get to handstand too! search out ido portal both in google and here in youtube... he was able to teach me my handstands in 3 moths after attending one of his workshops... amazing teacher... he travels the world so you never know, if he's in your town, try to catch him. good luck! :)

You look strong enough in both shoulders and arms to be able to hold a handstand without much problem... And now, allmost there :)
