This is one of the things I do. My shoulders and upper back have gotten stronger, but still need to work on my flexible lower back which makes me go over handstand too easily. Thats the reason I'm piking a bit here, I'm trying NOT to go over to a backbend.

The TRX acts as my psychological spotter". I feel safer because I know something is holding me up, and will catch me when I fall. I also know I am able to hold and balance on my own though whenever the straps are slack. So unlike most TRX exercises where you need to keep tension on the straps, on this particular one, the slacker the straps the better. :)

Need to work harder...

  • That is sweat!!!!

  • wow you great. First i would like to say your arm muscles are really strong. and the line holding you up is cool

  • i learned handstand and handstand press and even one handed handstand by just trying it over and over again without a wall

  • I just started doing these as well! Very cool. I have never been able to handstand though, so this is new for me.
