my ringneck hates my cockatiel any ideas to help me
-
@jmyz1991 - I think he meant "operating," that is, clipping.
Yes, outside wind can catch them. So don't take them outside; even a clipped-wing bird can fly away.

@jmyz1991 Quite is too much? Well... I want to have one on my apartment but I dont want people complaining about him. Do you think I can tame him so he doesnt make so much sound? And do you cut your ringnecks wings (so it cant fly too long)?
Thanks alot!

@jmyz1991 I love him! Congratulations!

@nithishsorock Hi! Thanks for the kind words... I wouldn't recommend putting them in the same cage unless they were both young enough to learn to live with each other... An Alexander is a bit bigger that a Ringneck but not by much, just choose the one you prefer. Considering time to socialize with them, they need alot of time out of their cage preferably 6- 8 hours a day...Please make sure you are prepared to put in alot of time playing and talking to them...

If not possible, I would rather you get a finch which dont require alot of handling. Good Luck!
