i feel you. for a long time when and after this ad was airing, my friends and i would sing Mellow Yellow at school all the time.

this aired when i was in 5th grade, and to this day, it's still my favorite Gap commercial EVER. so damn catchy! khaki soul is a close second, that rendition of "lovely day" and the dancing was awesome.

BTW that song has nothing to do there. The ladies could have sung Electrical BANANAaaa. I bet they use alot of them.

first of all I love these old Gap commercials, and I actually used to shop there when they had cool stuff but anyway. I just noticed, Gap was always kinda considered the "white" person store though the always make a point to have black and white ppl in their ads, no latinos though. Funny, they wouldn't make that mistake today and this is only 10 short years ago. Things change fast
