I made a goal in college to bech press 300 pounds and run a sub 3 hour marathon in the same year. I completed the run in April of 2008, but unfortunately couldn't get the bench press part until now due to injury. After shocking myself with how easy I put up 300 I decided to try 315. I was pretty stoked after racking the bar.
This would have been more impressive if the video would have shown your celebration dance after racking the weight. I'm just saying.
