Baroness Greenfield discusses her current research into the impact of technology on the brain, and in particular how the use of social media is changing our brains. She also sets right some common misconceptions and misquotations about her research.
Baroness Greenfield was born in London and is the UK's preeminent female scientist. She has written several books about the brain and is praised for popularising science. Baroness Greenfield is currently the Fullerian Professor of Physiology, Professor of Synaptic Pharmacology at Lincoln College, Oxford, and was, until recently, the Director of the Royal Institution.
