What's hilarious is the dopey looking dude standing there at 0:25 when the fire guy walks over to pick up the container, he says "do that?" and the fireman doesn't even look like he hears him so the guy just goes "good" and puts his hands in his pockets and walks away awkwardly. It just highlights the fact that there was no point in him being there he just wanted to be in the frame and say or do something.

@burr1aj It doesn't cause the turkey to sublimate, but rather it does insta-boil/sublimate the water on the turkey.
THIS fire though happened because they neglected archamedi's principle that an object displaces liquids equal to its volume. The first thing to remember before filling your container of hot oil is: a turkey needs to go in here, and so don't fill the oil to the brim.
