This decision was wrong, the plaintiff has been to this dry cleaners many times so she would have been expected to be aware of the clause, this is basics in contract law

She's a scammer. She probably just realized how ugly the dress was and how stupid she was for paying that much money for a piece of rag. She didn't want the dress anymore and just wanted to get her money back one way or another. The plaintiff should only be rewarded 99 cents. lol

So, she was paid $400 but was she able to also keep the dress? I didn't see anybody walk out with it.
