Learn all about hummingbird migration in this amazing and informative podcast on the annual journey of the hummingbird. Watch the slide show as you listen and you'll be amazed at the beautiful hummingbird images. Each year hummingbirds make the migration journey, beginning sometimes in late February, but mostly in the month of March (depending on the weather conditions). Hummingbirds cross a large amount of water (some over land) and sustain themselves until they reach their destination. They are very hungry once they arrive - their first stop is a hummingbird feeder filled with nectar! Listen to our hummingbird expert, Ross Hawkins, Found of The Hummingbird Society explain the most fascinating journey of hummingbird migration.
