Right up untill the batteries die. Then, you have to push the damned thing alllllll the way back to the charging station.

Or, with gasoline, you can put some spare gas back in and fire it right back up.

@14omega28ok So I guess I've never driven an AMC Gremlin with a 400HP 360ci AMC V8 then...could have sworn I did, though, I even remember throwing 900 miles of tire life onto the pavement when I got a bit happy with the clutch...and I guess I never rode in a '67 Mustang with a built 351 Windsor packing a 272 cam, 750CFM dominator and flowmasters, either...that thing would roast the tires through all three gears.

I do agree that modern V8s sound a bit whiny, but there's always mods.

@TestECull Lmfao unless you build old Muscle cars like me, Then you don't give a fuck or even know what a real true V8 sounds like. These new Cars (Even muscles like Camaros and mustangs) are so fucking quiet you can barley hear them run. I'd rather a Silent ride or slight whining, then the annoying starved restricted sound of a modern day fuel injected V8 Engine just begging for room to breathe.

Oh, and we can't forget how the performance drops like a rock as the batteries deplete, and then there's the whole "Shit, I'm fifteen miles from everything out in the woods and this jerry can is fucking useless because I bought into some hippy bullshit electric ATV. God damnit. Now I have to push this thing fifteen miles."

I've owned and worked on more V8's then these people will in their entire life, and have built more racing mowers and ATV's then these people will ever own. and I am all on for Electric vehicles. Performance wise, and the Range is getting better and better its looking real promising. All you dumb fucking haters.
