The ISS flew by twice the evening of the 23rd while I was on the island of South Manitou in the Great Lake Michigan. Part of the Sleeping Bear Dune National Lakeshore.
My daughter Jane, her friend Sara and I were up photographing startrails for a fundraising project to 'relight the light' and were able to catch the first fly by as an animated timelapse movie. The second flyby was lower in the sky and showed in the resulting image as a small part of the star trail event.
(I'll post that one at a later date, so check back)

  • @titls you saw the space shuttle and ISS next to each other

  • Nice Vid!

  • Really beautiful!

  • Great video background. Stationary camera. A beautiful lighthouse set against a vivid blue night sky. The best I've seen on this subject. Keep up the good work.
