LOVE the accent (is it your native dialect?). It fits the character very well. You also have a sort of indecisive childness about you that fits Phoebe perfectly. However, to be a bit critical here, the words were quite a bit fast... Maybe a few more pauses in-between lines? And you should vary your tones. You used the same two tones throughout the whole monologue: approving and disapproving. The anger at the end was the only change. But those are just tiny fixes... Overall, it was phenomenal! :)
