I hate to break it to you but these "freemem" type RAM scrubbers are nothing but snake oil.
In Mac OS X, because applications run in a large, protected memory space all your doing is clearing a small amount of RAM cache that will be reloaded to the RAM anyway. Also, Mac OS X has great memory management, unlike Windows, where a program like this actually has a tiny bit of use.
Just got to NewEgg and spend your money on some real RAM.
