  • at first when they made bicycles you could'n drive downhill with them and then you needed to run down the hill... now there are downhill bikes with full suspension so why do I need to run???

  • I'm making downhill running a sport...get ready world

  • am sorry but uuhm, why not do this on a bike?

  • Its something most people do at the age of one! yeah you get the picture.First u learn to walk then u run.its not rocket science. ther's to many experts giving advice.it seems like people can't think for themselves

  • How much do these guys actually know? They're running with shirts sponsored by Redbull!?!

  • Running downhill really depends on what obstacles you have to avoid tripping over and what time of day or night with low lighting or poor vision. the ground surface and type of shoe is also a point that one should think about.

  • @Runaholism

  • "Crashing is part of the deal"? lol You're kidding right?
