Yes. I would have to agree with you and I am daring to say that the coming wave of foreclosures will surpass that of the sub-prime mess. My understanding is that there were more of these option arm and alt-a loans made. Additionally, if my research is correct, these loans were for greater amounts than their sub-prime counterparts.

I do - the Neg Am and Adj Rates - I think it will be close to as big as the sub prime fallout. The Loan Mod's aren't what people thought they would be...

Nice well informed analysis of the SoCal foreclosure situation. In your opinion, do you feel the alt-a and option arm resets are going to be as devastating as the sub-prime mess?
