The video interview was conducted by Kyle Hence of 911CitizensWatch.org and Bill Douglas of 911Visibility.org, on May 27, 2004, at the International 9-11 Inquiry in Toronto, Canada. (Paul Hellyer held the Canadian office equivalent to Secretary of Defense in the U.S., and was Deputy Prime Minister, the Canadian equivalent to Vice President.)
Transcript is to be found here: http://septembereleventh.org/alerts/hellyer.php
This is good and there's what I believe to be a transcript of this particular interview in the following Web page.

The transcript provides a little more clarity for me, unless I replayed the video one or two more times. Even then though, the transcript is useful.

Seeing that the official story on 9/11 is very questionable is great, but if he thinks the 9/11 attacks were "so awful, it's beyond description", then he really needs to perform very careful examination of what the US and NATO, including Ca, have done to Iraq, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq again, and if that's not enough, then Vietnam and so on. 9/11 was awful, definitely ; but the US and NATO do much worse. And Al Qaeda couldn't have committed the 9/11 destruction(s).
