This video was originally supposed to be comical. Everyone knows that Final Fantasy XII doesn't really have a love story in it like the others do and there are people who like to speculate on potential love stories that could have been. Many others have made videos like that which were meant to be more serious of what they thought should have been (and they do an excellent job with them and no disrepespect to them was ever intended with my video). So I thought it would be funny to make a Final Fantasy XII love story video with a heavier type not so romantic song telling a love hate story between Vaan and Penelo to kind of spoof other love story videos.
In the end, really I think I failed my objective and the end result turned out to be more serious then anything. Even though my plan backfired (I think anyway, you tell me) I was pretty happy with it and decided to share it with you anyway.

Hope you enjoy it, maybe someday I'll get the comedy thing right lol

I thought it was great; the edit was very well done, especially for it being your first vid. And you did it without repeating clips--at least, if you did, it didn't stand out to me--which is great. I know you said you started it as a spoof and it turned more serious--and it really did seem serious to me. Nice job!

thank you, i really appreciate that. i can tell you this, i THINK i didnt use repeating clips lol i chopped up a lot of cutscenes and clips from the same cutscenes are scattered through the video. actually at the end i noticed i used one clip that was repeated so i changed it real fast before i put it up.

I agree. Final Fantasy 12 is not a final fantasy game for me. I hate the voice acting. The european accent annoys me. Another is the characters. No guy wears a normal clothes for god's sake.

Yeah, Cid's in 12. There are actually two Cid's, sorta..!  Al Cid and Dr.Cid (Balthiers dad)

I don't remember- Does Cid show up at all in 12???? If he doesn't, then that is the final nail in banning FF12 from being a Final Fantasy.
