Thank you. Trying to save money and have painted the house inside and out and the plumber wanted 1,000 for a job I did that was cost of the water heater, 18" metal stand, and a couple of new parts. 450.00. Good and informative video. By the way 45 seconds into the clip I realized you were in the real world and not on a sound stage.
