Hi My Name Is Michael Jackson and I Was Stopped For Pulling Out My Camara as I Tried Too Find Out Why The Cop Did not Move At a Green Light Holding Traffic up When He Seen Me Pull Out My Camera He Then Started Down The Street Made U Turn Between Ludlow & Chestnut St.. Came Back and Pulled Me Over (I'm On A Bicycle) As You See In The Video When I asked Why I was Stopped I Got No answer,In The State Of Pa. You do Not Need Any One's Permission To Record Video In PA. WOW This Is The City Of Brotherly Love

@taximanfrank Actually dumb ass you are wrong, thats why we have the laws to protect us! the cop has the right to ask for an ID if you break the law, or you are about to commit a crime. the cop must have a reasonable suspicion, in other words, if you are walking down the street, the cop CANNOT ask you for an ID! because you didnt break any laws. If you are intoxicated in Public, fighting, or broken any laws, THEN the cop can ask you for an ID.
