found this vid... yeah i was diagnosed when i was 14 or 15... im now 20 almost 21... punk rock and bipolar go hand in hand :-) thank you mom and dad for your awesome vinyl collection... anyways, hope your well.

@Spagoochy 98% of the comments I get a real morale & self-esteem/confidence boosters. I'm still amazed. I expected no one to watch but people watched! I wanted to be completely open from the beginning. I know how hard it is to not be able to talk about certain things to anyone & bringing them out into the open helps - sexuality, family, loss & guilt & shame, rejection. I wanted an environment where those things were hush hush & I had to set the example,. I hope I've helped. It's helped me.
