Its unbelieveable but the general public thinks what can I do the army and law enforcement has, Night vision, helecopters with rockets, Bunker busters, and infanant amount of weapons. If was rise they are just going to carpet bomb you with extemely powerful explosives. The only thing we can hope for is inside military turning on itself. Other that that citizens can be carpet bombed on a hugh scale.
