Jay Reel and Ray Boucher who run the TX DEADPIT Chapter had the chance to represent 'Da Pit at TX Fear Fest 2 in Dallas Texas. They got some great interviews along the way including this very rare interview with Ted White aka Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th part IV: The Final Chapter!

  • So from this I take it Ted White hates horror films and is only there because he was paid $5,000. Great guy! LoL

  • At least he's honest...You know for a fact that the main reason horror personalities attend conventions is for the CASH !

  • @BioBoosterGuyver He was certainly a great one, but I liked Kane Hodder more.

  • @adamxbeck And he does say he's never met nicer people... I just think he dislikes hurting people, on and off film. He almost quit F13 when one of the cast members was being treated badly. Sounds like a great guy to me... and also the best Jason by far imo. =)

  • Ted White is one badass mother... was a good Jason too.

  • Ted white hes awesome

  • All the guys who played Jason seem like really cool people.

  • they once asked the question "what do jason voorhees and clark gable have in common?" answer is "same stunt double".

  • I met Ted at the 2010 Weekend of Horrors in LA. An incredibly genuine nice guy. By far my favorite Jason. Kudos to Ted for his no holds barred honesty. He had a true disdain for Zito on the film. That translated well on screen. He was a true force to be reckoned with.

  • "Greed raised its ugly head." Never heard that before...I like it! I hope Ted does more conventions.

  • @BioBoosterGuyver I guess his reservations over the subject matter and disdain for the role translated nicely onto the screen. Ha Ha
