http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com - Lisa, an astute viewer of the show, asked an incredible question about yesterday's post...

Here it is:

"I too have heard great things about cod liver oil. However, when I consulted my chiropractor on this he said that he would advise against it because the oil is obtained from the liver, a filter where the toxins are built up and concentrated and would definitely not be healthful. Is there an alternative and why would it be done that way? Any suggestions?"

I have an answer for this as well as a routine to strengthen your wrists. Many of the exercises that I recommend are very difficult if your wrists are weak.

Take a look... (There's also a contest for this show's question of the day, so watch the whole thing!)

  • If you take a shower immediately after your sun exposure, then you wash the vitamin D off your skin before absorption. You should wait several hours to shower. Look it up!

  • According to Ramiel Nagel, cod liver oil is beneficial to tooth regeneration. I never take cod liver oil, but I take krill oil daily. Do you know if krill oil also has the same benefits to regenerate your teeth? Thanks...

  • all fish oil contaminated with mercury and pcb and rancid !!!!

  • It's clear there's not enuf fish in the sea 2 feed a global spike in demand 4 fish oils, based on brain development in kids, maintenance in adults, retrieval in adults of advanced age. So I wonder, dont fish get their oil from algae, ultimately? And isn't oil from algae the same, chain length-wise? And isn't algae oil more bioavailable, since micro algae must be easier to digest and breakdown, being micro-? Algae can be up to or near 50% lipid (oil) content, grown on unarable, desertified land

  • I sat with my teeth gritted through this shit for a minute and a half. No talk of cod liver oil in all that time, just a lot of hyper shit about running and showering. Bye bye.

  • @awall888 correction: organic raw coke
