Why Energy Drinks "Suck"

Conductivity... sports drinks contain ions and are highly conductive. I did the same experiment in science (at a lower voltage). If you want conductive ions simply drink a sports drink! A lot of people don't realize that caffeine is a drug; in fact, it is a psychoactive stimulant. The reason why you crash is not because of positive ions but because of withdrawal from caffeine. This is just new marketing for an old product. PS. salt water is also highly conductive.

Im drinking e drinks for more than 9 years, there were times when I had more than 4 cans in a day, and I never noticed any bad sides, well in the start (kept increasing the amount all the time, during many-many years) it was a bit hard to get sleep after having 4 cans or so, but later on.. I got used to them and could even have 5-10 cans without having sleeping problems (redbulls, rodeo e drinks)... And the taste of them, incredibly sweet!
